I have gone through Nathalie's consultation notes and taken a look at your website in order to strategize your content. The links below go to the current and proposed sitemaps. I have based the menu structure and wording on the Holy Spirit Grand Rapids Site's Menu.

Feel free to edit the proposed sitemap as needed and let me know when you are done going through it. Once it is approved and the development site is nearing completion, we will begin the content migration process.

It’s somewhat difficult to visualize where all the content will go from a site map. Is it possible for you to just go ahead and do the migration, then we can review it and add/edit/make changes once that process is complete?

We can go ahead and do that! The sitemap is just meant to be somewhat of a guide or map, if you will, to aid in the content migration process.

Just to give you a heads up as to what is next: we will begin moving content shortly. After that is done, we will be sending out the development link to you, so that you can look over the site from there. Once that happens, we will start scheduling trainings and continue with the process from there.

I did notice under faith formation, there is children’s and adult, but no youth ministry or anything with Catalyst or IMPACT. The Children’s Faith Formation probably needs to be Children’s Ministries, and there needs to be another basic page for youth ministry with links to Catalyst and IMPACT and the links to social media and the google calendar.

I have added a Youth Ministry page under the Faith Formation Section with links to Catalyst, IMPACT, Social Media Links, and the Google Calendar to the proposed sitemap, so when we begin content migration, it will be accurate.

I have finished the content migration process. We are currently waiting on the developer to fix a few things in the design and functionality of the website. Once those issues are fixed, we will be sending you the link for the development site and scheduling a time for the first training session.

I can't guarantee it, but it looks like we will be sending the link in the early part of next week.
