Good afternoon Fr. Tom and Rochelle,
We have reached the point in development at which we share a link to the development site with you.
Things We Need From You
We still need the following items from you. Please let us know if you will be sending them or if you'd like us to remove them from the site.
- Calendar link
Training Sessions
The first training session typically takes ~2 hours and is done remotely via a screen share program. We will send over the meeting link and phone number in a later email. Trainings are scheduled Monday through Friday 9am-2pm Eastern Time. Please let me know when you are available.
During the training sessions, we go over:
- How to edit the homepage content
- How to edit the footer
- How to edit the menu
- How to create/edit inner pages
- How to create/edit posts
- How to create/edit image galleries
- How to create/edit online forms
Since this can be a lot, we break the training down into three parts:
Session 1: Editing the site basics
Video Tutorials: Gravity Forms and Envira Gallery
Session 2: Answering follow-up questions and scheduling launch
This is completely up to your learning pace and how much you feel comfortable covering at once.

The online giving links are not broken on the old site. Refresh the browser and they should work. I just went to our current site, clicked on give then selected each parish and it went to each parish's online giving.

I just previewed the site you sent. I have some problems with it.
1. Where is our new logo?
2. It does not resemble the hybrid site we chose. It looks awfully familiar to our old site and style which is what we are trying to get away from.
Honestly, I fear showing this to Father Tom tomorrow. It looks horrible.

We chose the Saint Patrick Hybrid.
The sacrament Page is okay. But I think the size of the videos are too large. It just makes the page go on forever.
In regards to the faith formation page. Our wish was to have one page with a general overview and the contact information for each parish. We wanted to get away from having lists for each parish. If you look at it now and then imagine us adding st Mary's on there so then there will be three lists. That is what we were trying to avoid. I just feel that we had more interaction with the web design team during the creation of our initial website. They asked questions, gave suggestions, etc.

I just noticed something on the "Give" Page. The giving links weren't put in.
Each parish has its own online giving link. Not sure how you want to set that up. Maybe a box with a photo of each parish that when clicked goes to the link. Not sure if you want to do that now or save that for training.
