Branding Package

It must include all three parishes as we are the Catholic Family of
Holy Spirit, Crown Point, IN
St. Mary, Kouts, IN
St. Helen, Hebron IN

Some info that may help
-When referring to the three parishes they are listed in alphabetical order and each parish has a color
Holy Spirit is red/maroon
St Mary is blue
St Helen is Green

-The cross in our current logo is the Celtic cross which we have a large steel rendition of in the front of the church and along with the dove is a symbol of Holy Spirit parish

OUR CURRENT LOGO. When it was originally created it was the same without the addition of St Mary to the bottom.

I'm loving the third one as my favorite so far. Could you do that but somehow and a fleur di lis or a lily to represent Mary? Not sure if that would be in place of the flame but I would love to see what you could come up with.

I like it but It's really dark is there any way you could make the lily white somehow?

also, the green is so dark it's blending in and you cannot tell that it's green

We really like this. Father has told me to send this one to the other parishes for approval.

Sorry, it took so long to get back to you today. The majority of the feedback was "I love it", "I think it looks nice. It’s simple and clean but nicely represents all 3 parishes". We had only one who didn't like the new logo but the rest of us really liked it so Father has made the decision that we are going with this logo.

Ok here is where the difficulty is. We have nothing to really tie us together. We are in separate towns and we are in a different county from the other two. For the Website, we would like to keep the link catholicfamilyhs.org (http://catholicfamilyhs.org). As far as the cluster name we have to include the other two, so it will probably have to be The Catholic Family of Holy Spirit, St. Helen, and St. Mary.

Ok, we are interested to see what you come up with.

I am liking this. I sent on to Father Tom but he's off on Hospital visits so we'll have to wait on feedback. Definitely a good start.

I heard back from Father, I had texted it to him. He really likes this direction. He would like to see it with some other fonts although he did like what you chose.

I just talked with Father Tom and he wants to go with #4. which was the original one you sent.

For St Mary, Kouts, the address is officially 402 E. Indiana Ave. Kouts, IN 46347 even though it is on IN-8.

Also is the punctuation not used for East =E. or north=N. I know the church envelopes don't use punctuation. Just wondering

The images look great. The only one that looks weird to me is the white one where the dove becomes black.

On St Mary's after Ave. and Kouts the comma is missing

I see a period after ave not a comma

Father wants to address the parishes about the change in the branding and the new website. He wants to send a letter out. Can he include the new logo in his article or do we have to wait?

Father has made the final decision. All the parishes love it, it was just one individual. Father already addressed them and told them why he chose to go with the new logo you came up with..

No I haven’t talked to Father. I’m on vacation since Friday and he’s off today but I’ll talk to him tomorrow and get back to you.

Sorry been bogged down since getting back from vacation.

I only need my formation director title. Is there a way to add the address to the front because Father Tom would like the Mass times at the three parishes on the back if we could.

I like it. my position is duplicated at St helen's so it would need to say Faith Formation Director at Holy Spirit

I forwarded on to Father Tom. He is on a diocesan priest retreat.

Has anyone there talked to you about the Logo for the website and the bulletin? We have asked to have adjustments made to the logo for the website and the bulletin because it does not show up very well and you cannot read the parishes on the bottom. Maybe it has to be a little bigger or something? Please go to our website https://catholicfamilyhs.org/ to see the what happens to the logo.

I showed this to Father Tom and he really likes the basic designs especially the gold shadow box on the business card.

He approves of the design.

Father is not in today, I sent them to him but I forgot to ask him about it. He will in tomorrow because we a staff meeting in the morning and then I will get back to you.

Just went through them all with Father Tom

two things 1. can you complete the letterhead with each of our addresses so they all have the same font?
2. Can you name the logos for what they are so everyone knows which one it is?

Now, do I forward the zip file to the other parishes? I've never had a problem opening zip files but Father Tom uses a mac and seems to have issues, any suggestions?

Yes he was. He’s got it all figured out. He used the new letter head for the first time. He also made return address labels with just a little help.
