Content Migration

Hello everyone,


I am Veronica and I will be the content specialist for your new website. In addition to moving your old content to your new site, I strive to create pages that will be simple for you to update and intuitive to your parishioners.

Before I begin moving content, I wanted to confirm a couple things:
  • Currently, St. Helen has no website.
  • Holy Spirit's old site is can be found here.
    • Is there anything that you specifically do not want moved?
  • Social Media
  • Do you have any calendars?
    • Our sites work best with Google Calendars. 
  • Will we be setting up a Google Suite (mail, calendars, drive, etc.) for you? If not, what email service do you use?
  • As part of our security measures, we disable comments on the entire site. On your current site, you have comments enabled. This is not something we suggest, but need to know if you want to keep. (We do, however, have an online contact form for comments, suggestions and questions.)
I am sure that I will have more questions as I move forward, but overall, this is all I need for now.

If there is anything I have wrong, or if you have additional information (especially for St. Helen) that you want added to the site, please let me know!

We currently use google for email and a google calendar and it is available on Holy Spirit website

For the calendar, is that for Holy Spirit only, or is there a calendar for St. Helen as well?

I can definitely add a page for Protecting God's Children,but as of right now your website's homepage already has a link to it. Did you still want to add a page?

I was able to find Holy Spirit's Facebook page (here). Does St. Helen have any social media? 
Also, if you have the time, could you send me a list of St. Helen's ministries & outreach ministries? If it would be easier/quicker for you, feel free to call me tomorrow between 8am-3:30pm.

I’m not sure what st Helen has if any. We use google. We also have a Holy Spirit Facebook page it is a closed group. We would like a separate page for protecting gods children so we can tailor the info to our needs and procedures.

I do not have any info on St Helens toy would need to talk to Father Tom or Laura at St Helens. I do not think they use any social media
