Contact page changes

To: Danielle Barnett, Fr. Tom Mischler, Laura (St Helen), and Rochelle MacNemera
this is what I was talking about with the contact form.

The last section on the right (select parish) would be where you choose a parish, this section will allow you to see easier what the question or comment is regarding.

We could do similar fashion to the mass times page and include a tabbed view so that the direct contact info (Map, Phone, Address, and Email) can change in respect to the selected tab.

The baptism information is incorrect/incomplete yes they are usually on the 4th Sunday but we only schedule baptisms 4 times a year. I am referring to the baptism part under the mass times.

I changed the text under baptism to the quote above. You will have the ability to change it to whatever you like but this fits for now. Once we are in the development phase we will have Veronica working with the content migration so you have time to dial in what exactly you want it to say!
