Does this proposal include the domain I asked about, www.hrsr.org (http://www.hrsr.org)? Is that available? We are considering having both hrsrchurch.org (http://hrsrchurch.org) and hrsr.org (http://hrsr.org) with the Church site having a button or tab that redirects to the school.
I have included Sandra Blanco, our office manager in this email.

We can host these for you as well. Each domain is $15/yr (I count 8 from this list) which would be $120/yr.
When it comes to the new domain name (http://hrsrchurch.org/), were you wanting just the .org version, or did you also want the .com version? To purchase a new domain, it would be $15 per domain.
Let me know if you wanted just the .org version or if you wanted any other versions for the new domain. Then I can update the proposal with a full estimate of hosting going forward.

Please keep in mind that if you are taking credit cards through your website, you need the https:// . The https: makes your website more secure.
We purchased the https certificate with our current website company, but it would end when you move to the new website.

Just a few questions about the proposal, in the first proposal it states Blessed Sacrament design and layout, which is the one we previewed, and this one says Joseph hybrid. What is the difference, if any, between the two? Can we look at the Joseph hybrid.

It was a great and relaxing vacation. I apologize for missing your email.
If you wish to keep the domain names where they are currently, you can certainly do that. However, we are able to transfer the domains over to our server with a very user-friendly process.
Keeping the domains where they are currently housed, would eliminate the $15 per domain. The hosting charge would be the only annual charge moving forward in that instance.

Just a quick note to ask that you remove the domain hosting from the proposal, as we are going to do that through our current provider. Once that is done, please send it to me and Sandra Blanco, who I have included here, so that we can get it signed and started.

In the last month or so we have created a dedicated phase to test the functionality of your website versus catching any issue(s) during training. This is to ensure there are no little bugs and training can be focused on teaching you to how to maintain and update your new website.
