Good morning everyone,

Another week of progress has been made in the website creation.  Initially, we had estimated a price of $5950 (85 hours x $70hr) for website creation. 

We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:
  • Design: 15 hours budgeted/18.1 hours used
  • Build: 40 hours budgeted/25.3 hours used
  • Content Migration: 30 hours budgeted/0 hours used
This brings our current cost to $3038.

This is Arthur Richardson, the Web Project Manager. I hope your weekend was nice and refreshing!

Alan is on vacation this week, so I am responding in his place. Currently, the design stage is complete, and the build stage is just about done. All that is left for the build stage will be one last test once we have real content on the website. 

We are currently in the Content Migration stage. You are currently the third in line in the queue. It is hard to say how quickly your project will progress in the queue, however, we will keep you informed as we progress.
