Good afternoon everyone,

Another week of progress has been made in the website creation.  Initially, we had estimated a price of $5950 (85 hours x $70hr) for website creation. 

We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:
  • Design: 15 hours budgeted/16.4 hours used
  • Build: 40 hours budgeted/0 hours used
  • Content Migration: 30 hours budgeted/0 hours used
This brings our current cost to $1148.

When the website launches, you will have 2 weeks of free support.  After those two weeks, then a bill will be created and sent out to you.

Alan, Does Diocesan have their own platform for creating online forms for
our website or should we use another app to connect to for the forms?

We use Gravity Forms.  During the 2nd training session, Cody will spend a good portion of this session going through all of the aspects to creating forms and making sure when a form is submitted it goes to the correct person/people.
