New Websites Design Proofs
Hello Everyone,
I am reaching out to let you know that I am ready to schedule our design meeting so that we can go over all the design proofs that I have created for your new websites.
I do have a number of meetings already scheduled this week so my availability is a bit sporadic. Here are my available times to meet this week:
Tuesday: 12:30 - 2:00 pm
Wednesday: 10:30 am - 12:30 pm or 1:30 - 3:00 pm
Thursday: 9:00 am - 11:00 am or 3:30 - 4:30 pm
Friday: 10:30 am - 3:00 pm

- Why can't I click to view other pages? The design mockup is not the actual website, but rather a display of what the website would look like after being built out. Once we have your official design approval, our developers will build the actual website in which all buttons and links will link to their appropriate pages.

My name is Arthur Richarson and I am the Web Project Manager here at Diocesan. I am reaching out today about your logo. As we are beginning to wrap up the Content portion of your project, we noticed that the Church side logo is an image of Mary with some text on the side.
We have two points that we would like to discuss with you about the image you sent us.
1. The image and text will not really work as a logo because a logo is supposed to be a unique symbol to identify you. The image itself is not unique to your church and that image of Mary is frequently used on the internet. Even though it is a beautiful image, it will be important to have a logo that is unique to you.
2. We want to double-check to make sure that you have legal rights to use that image for marketing purposes. If you do, we will have to do some editing in order to make it a usable logo. Please let us know if you have those copyrights to that image. If you don't, we would love to explore some other options with you!
There is some time remaining in our proposal if you would like to use that.

Also, you may delete Terri Paskey’s name off of this list that you email too. She is no longer employed here.

Thanks for sending this on to us. It's a great idea!
I had a chance to chat with our project manager and after looking at your notes and the site example you sent, we decided that we should probably meet with you to discuss what exactly you want.
Depending on how involved you want this alumni page to be, our project manager says that this may change the scope of the original proposal. If that is the case, we will be happy to do this for you however we may need to send an updated proposal.
We are free Monday at 2:30, or Tuesday from 11 am - 4 pm, and Wednesday from 11 am - 2:30 pm. Please let us know what works best for you. We are excited to discuss this cool idea with you!
