Good afternoon Kathleen,
Thank you for taking the time to speak with us. I have the proposal finalized and attached for you to review.
During the Deep Dive conversation, it was determined the Robert Hybrid will be the foundation for your new website with the following tweaks:
- 3 Sticky Buttons Along the Side
- Rounded Edges on Boxes
- Calendar and Mass Times
After we apply your branding, fonts and colors, and content you will have a unique website that showcases Holy Redeemer.
The attached proposal walks you through each phase of the project. We have included the amount of time each phase would take to complete and that is how we arrive at our final cost. My sales team also let me know that there was an allowance from the bulletin contract that would cover the cost of the website project. I have included this note on the proposal as well.

I apologize for any confusion.
When it comes to our Hybrid Sites, the process is to create the new website in the same footprint as the selected Hybrid Site. Next, we work on the additional functionality that was requested. This will give you the website you wanted, with everything you needed.
I spoke to Brian regarding the hosting of the website. He let me know that the hosting will be covered for the length of the existing bulletin contract. I have attached an updated proposal for you.

The newest proposal has the hosting covered by the existing contract.
I kept all of the numbers so you had a record of the full scope of the project. The website is covered and hosting is covered under the current bulletin contract.
