Website Proposal
Good afternoon Daniela,
Thank you for your patience as we worked to finalize the proposal for your new website. I am happy to say that everything came together very quickly despite the current circumstance.
When we spoke about the domain, you mentioned that if possible you wanted to keep http://holyredeemerodessa.com/ I did some digging and found that holyredeemerodess.com and the .org version are currently registered to the church. The name that registered for the domains is Jo Ann Gomez and they are hosted by GoDaddy.com. If you would like to keep both of those and then have Diocesan host them along with your new website, we can work with you to transfer them to us. You are also able to keep them with GoDaddy.com. I have included this in the proposal.
We will use the Basilica of the National Shrine in Orlando, FL as the template for your new website. Using the Basilica website as a template will expedite the process, and it also brings the cost way down. The layout will the same, but we will include your logo and branding, colors, and your content. This will make the website unique and showcase Holy Redeemer. If there are any changes requested that would affect development, there could be additional costs, as this would move the project from being a template.
I have attached the proposal for you to review. The proposal is broken down into the stages we go through to create your website. I have the number of hours we determined we would need to complete each stage. Below the final cost for the new website is the ongoing cost for website hosting and domain hosting.
If you have any questions, or you would like to discuss the proposal, do not hesitate to reach out to me.
Thank you!

Hello Alan,
No, thank you so much for trying to get all of this ready for our Parish. We truly appreciate it.
It would be nice to be able to keep the same domain, but to be complete honest with you if making a whole new one is easier and faster I would much rather do that then go through the trouble of recovering the old one. Whatever option will be the quickest way to get our website up and running i'll go with that!
Yes, that sounds awesome! I really loved how professional yet simple the website was.
Great, everything looks good to me.
I will share this with the Pastor mad we will get it signed for you.
Thank you again Alan,
It was a pleasure speaking with you. Have a wonderful weekend!

Hi Daniela,
I apologize that a couple of the numbers were cut off on the proposal. It turns out some of them were in white text, so I'm not sure how that happened.
The updated proposal is attached for you to give to Father. If you, or he, have any questions let me know.
Thank you!
