Meeting with school and parish
Good morning,
First I wanted to thank Pam for taking the time to meet with us yesterday. We were able to get a lot of helpful feedback regarding the sites we showed you.
We would like to schedule another meeting so Erick can provide feedback regarding the school. Having both of you in the meeting would be helpful so we can make sure the cohesiveness between the two sites stays intact.

We did speak with Pam regarding the website project for Holy Family. In order to keep the cohesiveness between the parish and school, we were wanting to schedule a meeting. It would be best if both of you would be able to be in the meeting together to make sure we are all on the same page. I would plan on an hour, but we may not need the whole time. Let me know some dates that would work for both of you and we can make sure to get a meeting scheduled.
Regarding the other parish and school you will be helping, we would go through the same process. I would like to schedule a 20 minute phone conversation to learn more about this parish and school. Then we would schedule a Deep Dive conversation to go over design options to get your feedback. Which parish and school would you be helping? Also, when would you be available for the initial phone call?
