Thank you for your patience as we worked to finalize the proposal for your new website.
During our Deep conversation, you really liked our Anastasia design. We agreed that this would be a good choice to use as the inspiration for your new website. After tweaks to the "other resources section," adding your branding and colors, migrating your content, you will have a unique website that showcases Holy Cross.
The attached proposal details our process for creating your new website. Each phase of the process has the hours estimated hours we think it will take to finish each phase. This is how we came to the final cost. If you have any questions, or if you need any addtional information, let me know.

I looked this over with my communications commission and some of my staff. We all believe that the parish needs a redesign. I had a few questions for you. We currently have no one website editor. My assistant and I make changes as necessary, and our youth minister manages her own page on the website. I can add users and set their permissions. Will there be an option to have multiple users? Also, do your offices take care of transferring the domain? What responsibilities does our church have in the process, such as new media and the like?

When it comes to users/editors and the content, you will have full control. You are able to add/remove users, and even assign user rights. Any of the content, videos, photos, you will be able to add and remove as you need. There is also a media library where you can store all of your videos and pictures. Also, during training, we will go over how to update your website, add/remove users, create and maintain your media library, as well as how to create forms.
We will also assist you in moving your domain to us. After I would receive a signed proposal, I will send out a domain transfer email with all of the information you would need. Along the way, if you have any questions we are here to help as well.
