My name is Danae Chudy and I am the web designer at Diocesan that will be working with you on your new web project. I am reaching out to let you know that we are nearly ready to begin the design process.

Dear Danae,
It is so good to hear from you! I am the parish secretary here at Holy Child, but also at St. Michael’s in Canton, which is my home parish. Diocesan built the website for St. Michael’s a couple years ago (Maybe three years by now!) which is being used as the template for Holy Child’s new site: https://stmichaelscanton.com/ I am really looking forward to the training, when the time comes. I am sure it will increase my ability to manage both websites.
Anyway, Father Bryan would like to use a graphic from shirts that Holy Child had done up some time ago. (Photo attached) I have contacted the local embroidery shop where they were done and expect to have an electronic file from the job very soon. I will forward it to you as soon as I get it. Father wants to use the circles & shield part for the parish logo.

We looked at the samples. Thank you for such a quick turnaround! Could you reverse the red & blue to blue & red? We like the red, but it’s a bit too much. That one is our favorite so far.
Most of the samples seem to show one color instead of both. Are there other pages that would be better examples?
Below is a snip of my email this morning asking about blue. Please let me know if this works to show you the blue we were thinking of.

We recently changed the hybrid to be more of a single color. It was hard for parishes to find multiple colors that looked good together.
Here is an example of how it would look with the blue and red reversed. I would recommend muting the blue a bit.

You’re correct, the blue we sent clashes with the red. The darker one just looks more green to us, so we prefer the lighter shade. Thank you for so many samples. We’re going with the blue & red, the reversal of the red & blue in your first samples. Can we see the blue back up one shade, please?

Here is one shade darker. (: Of course, I can try to find a blue that compliments the red. I don't recommend the first one because it is so light.
