Hi Father Jim,

Yes, we did receive the signed contract.

Currently we are looking at the beginning of October to go over content strategy.  We will also go over your current site map to see if that would remain current.

In the meantime,  I would recommend making sure all of the pages you want to bring into the new site are current.  This would also allow you to determine what could be merged together, or not needed any longer.  By making sure all of the pages are up to date prior to migration, that would certainly save time, instead of waiting to make updates after they are already migrated to the new site.
