Design Meeting

Good morning Kylie and Father Jim,


I hope you have been well since we last spoke during the project consultation.

In the last couple of weeks, our lead designer, Blake, has been working on a design with the same elements you liked about St. Anthony of Padua in Grand Rapids while adding and updating elements to reinvigorate the design to specifically match your needs.

On Saturday, Blake got married, so he will be out of the office for the next two weeks. Since Blake and I discussed your design at length throughout the process, I'd like to set up your initial design meeting in which we can go over what he has created for you and receive your feedback. Then, once Blake is back from his honeymoon, he will take your notes and make any design updates that you've requested.

Please let me know if you are available this Thursday or any time next week.
