Basecamp Introduction

Hello Fr. Jim and Kylie,


Welcome to the project Kylie! My name is Cody Armock and I am one of the Content Specialists here at Diocesan. I will help you decide the most effective way to layout your website (Content Strategy), migrate the content from your old site to your new when the time is ready, and help with trainings on the site. I will be working with you from now until the training just before launch.

Fr. Jim requested that you are added to the project since you will be administrating the website. Moreover, I wanted to let you know that Diocesan uses Basecamp as our project manager.  We'll be using it to manage all the work we're doing for you. This way, no emails get lost and our team can easily make to-do lists so we don't forget any important/new details!
 
From time to time we'll send you messages, questions, or project updates. You'll get everything via email. All you need to do is read them and reply to the emails as needed.
 
Your replies will go right back into Basecamp, which helps our team stay on the same page and make sure everything keeps running smoothly for you.
 
You also can catch up on our conversations by logging in to Basecamp directly:

This way you are able to see the previous conversations and messages that have been sent. You will be copied on all necessary emails from this point forward so that you can keep up to date with the construction of your website.

I just wanted to follow up with both of you and make sure that there weren't any questions about Basecamp or the project, especially with you, Kylie, since this might be very new. I am happy to answer any questions that you may have about Basecamp or the website.
