Domain Transfer to Diocesan

Hello Laura,

You have let us know that you would like your http://www.sthelenvero.org/ domain to be transferred to Diocesan before April 21, 2019. 

There are two ways that we can go about doing this:
  1. Provide Diocesan with your domain login credentials and we will initiate the transfer OR
  2. Your current domain owner can initiate the transfer

1. Provide Diocesan with Login
Below are the things we need for the login:
  • Login URL
  • Username/email
  • Password
Once Diocesan has initiated the transfer, you will still need to send Diocesan the Authorization (EPP) code (emailed to domain owner).  If you believe that there will be an issue with this, please let us know. 

2. We Will Initiate Domain Transfer
  1. Unlock your domain 
  2. Send us the Authorization (EPP) Code
  3. Send to email webdepartment@diocesan.com
  4. Diocesan initiates transfer
  5. You confirm the transfer
  6. Transfer complete!

Hello, Laura -
I initiated the transfer, and now a notification will go to the email on record, asking for approval - and possibly an Authorization or EPP code will be included with the email.

Have you received that email yet?  If so, please let me know and I can complete the transfer once we have that information.

I just asked that the email be resent.  They are sending it to the email on record, sainthelenclerk@gmail.com.  You may need to check your spam folder, also.  It will be coming from compbizinc.com.

Laura,
I just set the account email to our web department email, in hopes I can get the EPP code directly, and you may now receive an email asking you to confirm the change - if you receive that, go ahead and confirm - it will probably have you click on a link in the email.

Update:  4/16/19 - emailed customer service at CompBiz to let them know the email with the EPP code is not coming through.  Hoping their customer service is helpful and will resend the code successfully yet today.

I managed to get in touch with the support person at CompBiz who had been hosting your domain.  He's going to resend the EPP code so it should now come to Diocesan's webdepartment email account.  We'll hope this does it this time!  Thanks for your patience,
