The developer will begin working on your website in the next week or so. In the meantime, we are going through the content we migrated for you before your site went down and have some questions.
We have two sitemaps of your previous site. One done in March and another done in mid-April. March has many more ministries, while the April sitemap does not. Please take a look at the two and let us know which you would like us to use for your new website.

I was going through the sitemap that you sent over and I had a question regarding the changes to make sure that I have things correct.
I noticed you put a question mark next to the Supporters Menu Item, so I found a copy of the page https://web.archive.org/web/20180911110435/http://www.sthelenvero.org/supporters at this link, so you can see what it is. I was wondering if you still wanted this page added? If so, is all of the information still correct or would you be sending over an updated list of Supporters?

This was something that LPI did automatically with anyone who advertised in the bulletin. Does Diocesan do this? I think it's a good idea and would like to keep it. Is it something I would have to update? If so, I would need to know each time someone new advertises or when someone cancels their ad. Any advice?
Hi Laura,
After discussing the best way to do this, since we don't have a way to automatically do this through the website. We may have come up with a solution and that would be to link directly to the Sponsors page here. https://discovermass.com/church/st-helen-vero-beach-fl/#supporters That way the page does not need to manually updated—taking some of the work off of you, it is current, brings them to that page where they can quickly access many different features and has the option for them to become a sponsor as well if they wanted. I think that this would be the best way to do it.
The link would still be in the menu, maybe under the "About Us" Main Item. It could also be added in the quick links in the footer, and on the Resources/Links Page. Would you want the link in those locations?
Let me know what you decide and then I will take it from there!

That sounds good, but who updates this page? Looking at my bulletin compared to the list on this page, it is not accurate.
Hi Laura,
Just note that the reason why there are fewer ads on the website than there are in the bulletin is that the advertisers that are not on the Supporters did not get the "web" ad, which adds them to the Supporters Page. These "web" ads are denoted by the yellow triangle in the upper left corner with the white star on the bulletin. Those are the ones that appear on the Supporters page and makes their ad on the bulletin clickable. See Image below. Notice the difference between Vero Beach Roofing and the other three.
Hope that explains the discrepancy there. What would you like to do in terms of the Supporters page?

It might be a while before I can get the pics of staff from the yearbook company. The publishing date has been postponed and they will not release them to us until it's published. I'm looking at possibly August. Next Wed or Thurs I can schedule the web training session anytime after 1pm is good. Let me know if that will work for you. Also, are we on schedule for the website to be complete by September? Just curious.

Once the first training session is complete, you can launch as soon as 3 weeks after, so we are actually very much ahead of schedule.
With that in mind, let me know about the training. After that, we can begin taking a look at a new launch date!

I am having trouble trying to figure out 3 things on the website.
1. Under profile I tried to change my email address, but it is not sending me the notification to complete the process. This email address will be deleted in the next few weeks. I need it to go to llewis@sthelenvero.org (mailto:llewis@sthelenvero.org)
2. I created a "Work Oder" form and placed it at the bottom of the Ministry page. It is not going through to the Church@sthelenvero.org (mailto:Church@sthelenvero.org) email address. Can't figure out what I'm missing.
3. The photo gallery looks wonky. Two of them are on the page twice.
I am in the office (772-567-5129) until 10:30 today and then can be reached on my cell after 1pm (772-453-4548)...or I will be in the office from 8a-4p tomorrow.
We are scheduled to launch Monday and I wanted to get these items fixed. Other than that I'm really pleased with how it looks. Thanks.

I went through your issues and here is what I've got:
- I updated your email to now be llewis@sthelenvero.org. When done by an administrator, it won't send a verification email, but instead change it immediately. So are are all set for this one. Let me know if there are other user accounts that would need updated emails in the future.
- Normally, upon launch we add a SMTP mailer that ensures any mail sent from the site makes its way to your inbox. I will set this up today and let you know once that is complete so we can test it.
- Could you please give me the link to a page where you are seeing this issue?

I am setting up an SMTP mailer to solve this issue. I have also sent several test messages to see if we can figure out exactly what the issue is.

Cody just informed me that the Photo Galleries page had both the codes to display the album AND the gallery codes for two individual galleries.

I am not sure why the emails are not coming through. I just updated some settings and tested it again. The church@sthelenvero.org email account should have received a message from both Post SMTP and from the Work Order form.
Please let me know if you received either message. If you did not, please check your spam folder as well. The server is showing that messages since 3:29 pm yesterday, so my guess is that the MS Outlook servers are stopping it from coming into your inbox because the messages look like spam.
Let me know if receive either of the messages and we can proceed from there.

We had our server manager look into it, and it looks as though the forms are sending correctly from the website, but your domain/email settings are blocking the email from ever being received. Our server manager informed me that there is nothing that we can do on our end, but would be happy to talk to your IT support/person in charge of your email setup.

I just sent off a couple of more tests since I did a bit more research into support forums. Also, the diocese IT person seems to be perfect timing! Please contact me if he has any questions.
Here is some information that he may need to know:
- Emails are being sent with a WordPress Mail SMTP plugin to deliver mail sent via online form. Click here for plugin details.
- This is a plugin that we set up on about 80% of all live sites (not all use online forms)
- Even before the SMTP plugin was set up successfully, our logs record that mail was successfully sent (see image attached of logs)
- After SMTP plugin was set up successfully, our logs record that mail was successfully sent (see image attached of logs)
- Plugin is set up to send from no-reply@diocesanweb.org from our server (see image attached of settings)
- Test form is located on this page: https://www.sthelenvero.org/test-form/
- Test form is set up to go to church@sthelenvero.org
- You, Laura, have access to the test form's settings within the form builder
- Forms are also specifically set within the form builder settings to send from no-reply@diocesanweb.org to help with "spam looking" emails being blocked
- Forms sent to @gmail or other email providers other than @sthelenvero.org are sent and received successfully (note test sent to sainthelenclerk@gmail.com and webdepartment@diocesan.com - also G Suite)
Since I will be in meetings this afternoon, please have him leave me a voicemail with his contact information and I can talk to him in more detail or answer any other questions that he may have.
