Parish and Festival Website Proposals
Good afternoon Don,
Thank you very much for your patience as I worked to finalize the proposal for your new website. I just got the sign-off from my sales team, so I wanted to get this to you ASAP.
During our Deep Dive conversation, the Monica Express Site was the design chosen to be the foundation for your parish website and festival website. Both sites will use the design layout but the addition of your branding, colors, fonts, and content will provide a unique website for both St Helen and the festival site.
The attached proposals break down the project into the phases (design, build, content migration) we will go through to create the websites. Each phase has the amount of time we determine it will take to complete. This allows you to see how we get to our final total. Before the proposal was finalized, I sent it to my sales team to get their sign off. I was told to include a website project of $5,000 that is contingent upon signing a bulletin contract with Diocesan. I have included the $5,000 to both the parish website and festival website proposals as this can be used for both.
