I have an idea for the parish logo, to keep it in line with the school.
Here are both the School and Church logos.
School
Church - Simplified, Uses the GA for guardian angel, and shield in the back. Modernized a bit similar to the Archdiocese of Detroit with the thicker outline.

Hi Sam!
I'm not sure the logo is what we want to head towards. It still looks very academic. I have attached the logo that can be found on Church letterhead and stationary, wondering if we can't do something more along these lines. I know the branding will be off, but maybe we can incorporate them together or something. I'm not sure!
