Typically, the designers liek to know what menu items are going to be in your menu to help them decide if it should be a mega menu, and if there is room for a logo beside the menu or not.

Yes, that sounds good. I’m here every day 8:30-4:30 and take lunch at noon. I also usually work a half day on Sunday before and after Mass. You tell me when you’re available as any time will be fine.

When do you recommend that I inform Elexio that we’ll be leaving?

Is Elexio your domain host, or your website host?

If they are your website host, I am not really sure what the standard is. Typically, it depends on if you have a contract with them and when that contract ends.  I know you have a contract that ends in December, so I would let them know at least one month before. Another alternative is to let them know whenever the renewal contract comes up (could be anywhere from 3 months - 2 weeks before renewal date.)
