Deep Dive conversation

I hope everything is going well during this unique time.
It has been a few weeks since we discussed the steps for the new parish website. The next step would be our Deep Dive conversation. During the Deep Dive Conversation you will be speaking with myself, our project manager, and also a designer. We will utilize Zoom (similar to GoTo Meeting) for this conversation so we can share with you some aesthetics and features. Your feedback will help us determine the best route to achieve your goals. Typically we plan an hour to make sure we answer any questions. Following the Deep Dive conversation, my team will meet and we will create a detailed proposal for you to review.

Hi Alan, apologies for the long delayed response. The office has been closed for a while now due to COVID so it's been impossible to get everyone together in one place to do the deep dive. Is it still possible for us to just email you a transcript of requests and desires and to go from there? Our office staff don't necessarily have the means of going to a meeting at this time but we would still like to get this website up ASAP so after COVID we can inform our parishioners.

We are in the same boat, working from home. Since we can't walk down a hall to meet, a 5-10 minute conversation now has taken a couple of hours.
The nice thing about the Deep Dive conversation is that we would be using Zoom. Since everyone would be in a different location, there is a link that would connect our computers and a telephone number so we are connected to a conference call. All we need is to find a day and time that would for everyone.
