As we progress with your new website, we would like to give you an update on how the progress is going this week. Here are the three main stages of how your website is progressing.
  • Design is 100% complete
  • Build is 100% complete
  • Content Migration is 100% complete

Initial estimate: $6510 (93 hours x $70hr) for website creation. 

Design: 25 hours budgeted/39.1 hours used
  • Build: 52 hours budgeted/32 hours used
  • Content Migration: 16 hours budgeted/5.2 hours used
This brings our current cost to $5341. 
Your web allowance will cover this cost up to $3255.

Hi, again Julie,

I apologize for providing an inaccurate cost standing, I had some numbers mixed up.   Currently, your project is in our testing phase.  It looks like sometime next week we will be reaching out to schedule the 1st training session.

An initial estimate of $6510 (93 hours x $70hr) for website creation. 

We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:
  • Design: 25 hours budgeted/39.1 hours used
  • Build: 52 hours budgeted/45.5 hours used
  • Content Migration: 16 hours budgeted/5.2 hours used
This brings our current cost to $6286. 
Your web allowance will cover this cost up to $3255.
