Weekly Update
Good afternoon Fr Brokaw and Julie,
I hope everything has been well. As I mentioned to Julie on the phone yesterday, we have refreshed our weekly update emails going forward. We believe this will provide a better picture of where we are in the process.
As we progress with your new website, we would like to give you an update on how the progress is going this week. Here are the three main stages of how your website is progressing.
- Design is 100% complete
- Build is 95% complete
- Content Migration is 100% complete
In order to continue forward with your project, we need from you:
- 1st Training Session to be scheduled

Yes, we would like to schedule the training session ASAP. Also, could you share a little bit about the communication gap between the start and the several months we didn’t hear? Also, where are we on budget. We heard quite a bit for a while and then communication stopped. I was hoping for better communication in advance of content migration so we could the content we would like on the pages prior to the launch. This will take me a little time to develop appropriately for each of the pages.

During the last couple of weeks, I was on vacation, and we were developing a new version of the weekly update which showed an easier interpretation of the project status that a lot of parishes were asking for.
I apologize for the gap in updates. Per your request, we are working to provide you a current update to the project reflecting hours and cost. I hope to have that to you by tomorrow afternoon.
