Good afternoon Julie and Fr Brokaw,

Another week of progress has been made in the website creation.  Initially, we had quoted a price of $6510 (93 hours x $70hr) for website creation. 

We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:
  • Design: 25 hours budgeted/33.6 hours used
  • Build: 52 hours budgeted/1.5 hours used
  • Content Migration: 16 hours budgeted/1.3 hours used
This brings our current cost to $2548. 
Your web allowance will cover this cost up to $3255.
