Website Proposal
Good morning Fr Brokaw and Julie,
Thank you for taking the time to speak with us the other day. We are excited about the opportunity to work with you on your new website. I was able to get the proposal for your new website finalized. You will find the proposal attached to this email.
During the Deep Dive conversation, we determined a custom website best fits your ideas and goals. The proposal breaks down each phase of the process we go through to create your new website (design, build, content migration). I have included the amount of time we felt it would take to complete each of those phases. This gives us the total cost for the new website. After speaking with Brian Bastic about the proposal, he let me know if you signed a new 6-year bulletin contract, he would cover 50% of the website project. The proposal shows the total cost of the website, the potential website credit, and then the final one time cost so you can see all of the numbers.
The final section of the proposal is our hosting. Our website hosting is $25/month, billed annually at $300. Once the proposal is signed and returned, we will begin the process of moving your domain name over to Diocesan. I have also included the $15 annual hosting for the domain on the proposal.

Hi Fr Brokaw,
If you wanted to e-sign the documents that would work. On the logo and branding proposal, please circle the option you wanted to select.
The other option would be to print the proposals, sign them, and email them back to me. Also indicating which option on the logo and branding proposal you were choosing.

I wanted to make a quick note. While creating your proposal I indicated $0 for us to set up Google for Non-Profits instead of removing that item. If you wish to move forward in the future we can set up the G Suite offering for you with the one-time $350 setup charge. I apologize for any confusion.
I am currently working to get your project set up in our queue. In the next week or two, our content specialist will be reaching out to introduce himself and get you ready for the next step.
