I've requested the domain transfer code and it is being emailed to kabond84@gmail.com.
I will email that person and ask that they forward the email to webdepartment@diocesan.com, but if it's someone working in your office, could you please let them know to expect an email from Webs.com and that it needs to be forwarded on to complete the transfer?

Just a quick update - Katie's email was on the domain account so I contacted her, let her know the transfer code would be coming, and she's already sent it to me, she was so helpful!
I've submitted for the transfer and it's typically 2-5 days for it to complete, and I'll monitor it from my end. I'll email again once I see the transfer is complete.
