Design Approval

Hi Father Brokaw,

I'm so excited you like the design and are ready to give approval. It has been so great working with you on this project and we are excited to be moving onto the next phase of the process soon.

In this email I have attached the website proof and logos. If you could review these items and you are ready to give the official approval, please click the "Yes" button on this email.
Please keep in mind that any design changes or development/functionality changes after official approval may affect the quoted cost.

Once you approve this email, our content team will be contacting you in the next few weeks to start working on the website migration and the overall organization of the website. Giving approval will also move your project into our development queue.

Let me know if you have any questions and I will be happy to explain any of the designs.

Thank you,

Hi Father Brokaw,

Yes- I'll be happy to answer any questions via email. It is probably the easiest way to get ahold of me.

Good morning Danae,

My question is to make sure we have three boxes in the middle as I saw on a test page there were only two.

Also, when it comes to the content for the pages, pictures, and main page video, when do you need these by prior to launch?

Thank you,

Fr. Lee Brokaw

Good morning,

Thank you for bringing that to my attention. I did update some of the proofs to reflect the three buttons but I did leave 1-2 proofs with two buttons. This way our developers know how to build the button block if you would have only two. It is just another future proofing method, like we talked about yesterday.

Pictures and content is in the last phase of the website creation process. Our content specialist, Cody, will help guide you through that phase. This gives you some time to gather all the photos and content for the website.

Please let me know if you have any other questions!

Thanks,
