I hope you are well! I am sending along the quote that we have developed for your website project.  I talked with Brian Bastic and he said that if you guys sign a new 6 year contract then we can cover 50% of the website cost.  You will notice that the current quote does not reflect this, but we can change it if you decide to sign a new 6 year contract. :)

Let me know if you have any questions or concerns, otherwise feel free to sign the proposal and email it back to me with your decision regarding the new 6 year contract (then we can change the cost that you will be charged for the site if applicable).

Hi Nathalie, after months of persuading I was able to get the Finance Council to agree to spending $2,500 on a new website. If we would forego the logo design, do you think we could get to that price point? We definitely are open to the new 6 year contract. Otherwise, it might take some more convincing. Our Domain name registration is currently paid thru September of 2020.

Thanks for the email! We can take the logo creation off of the project, but it would only take off 5 hours of design (roughly $350).

The total cost with the 50% discount would be $3045-3640 with the logo and roughly $2695-3290 without the logo. :)

No worries! This quoted cost does not include the annual hosting fee of $300 - great question! :)

Thanks Nathalie, could you do another proposal without the logo please. Unless we are able to get the cost to around $2,500 I am not confident that I will be able to get it signed. They approved the quote I was given by Kevin with that number and the first year hosting included, maybe he offered too much. I will keep trying. Thanks so much for your patience and understanding.
