Do they already have an account on the website? Otherwise, just send us their name and email and we will set up an account for them. Do you want them to be a Parish Admin like you or have different permissions, i.e. not as many?

Are there different levels of permissions and am I able to assign them or is that something you have to do?

Hello Lori,

We can make different levels of permissions. Normally there is either just Parish Admins and then sometimes we add an additional role of Parish Author where they can only edit pages that they are the author of rather than having editing privileges to all pages, as well as all posts, menus, theme settings, etc. This is something that we do to ensure the security of the website.

Let me know what role and/or permissions Meredith would need and we can work on setting up that role/account.

I have made Meredith an account and made her an admin. We can always switch it later and as it turns out we have already made an editor role and an author role on the site. Just let us know and we can switch her to one of those pretty easily too. You should have been CC'd on the email that we sent to her.

Hi Cody, just an unfortunate update. I have recently been diagnosed with breast cancer and have begun treatment, therefore I am working reduced hours and because of COVID I am working from home. Unfortunately I have forgotten everything you have taught me so I will need to go back and review the videos you made. I will try to make that a priority in the next couple of weeks to get back on track.
