Tentative Website Project Timeline
Hi Helen and Ed,
I hope you are well! I wanted to send you a general timeline for your website project. We have recorded that you signed the proposal on 3-27-19, so we are looking at your project being completed tentatively between 19-32 weeks from that date.
There are various factors that impact when the website is completed. One thing that you can do now to keep the process moving on your end is editing your content and making any changes/omissions that you would like reflected in your new content. If you are looking to keep the same content then you can go through and make minor edits as needed so the content will be ready for migration to the new site when the time comes.
We will do everything on our end to keep the timeline moving along, and we appreciate the timeliness in correspondence and other project communication on your end that will keep your project on the trajectory to launch within the above tentative time frame. :)
