Website and Logo and Branding Proposals
Good morning Jamie,
Thank you for taking the time to speak with us last week. I have the proposal finalized and attached for you to review.
During the Deep Dive conversation, it was determined the Celine Hybrid will be the foundation for your new website. After we apply your branding, fonts and colors, and content you will have a unique website that showcases St Francis. I have added the cost of our prayer wall as well. You will find the $150/yr in the Annual Charges section along with our hosting prices.
The second proposal is for a new logo and/or branding package. There are 2 options of just logo you can choose from:
1) Text logo - Just the name of your parish in text
2) Icon logo - A graphic representing the parish
Our branding package includes both logo options and provides the parameters to use your new logo. This would be for using your logo on letterhead, business cards, envelopes, apparel, etc. If you are going with one of these 3 options, please circle your choice when signing the proposal.

And general quick help questions along the way are included, correct? As long as it's under 15 minutes? What's the hourly rate above that? I just want to make sure we have that info ahead of time.
Those are my initial questions. I'll be reviewing this with our business manager, and will reach out if I have anything additional.

- Monitoring security
- Updating plugins and WordPress
- Answering general questions and some minor adjustments (as determined by the support team on the call)
- Any more involved requests would be billed at $70/hr - we would let you know if any request would fall into being billed

I know we had talked about this in our initial conversation, and then I forgot to have you review it when we did our deep dive. We do currently use WordPress, but I’m curious to see what the newer version Diocesan uses looks like.
Is this something that is possible? Doesn’t need to be very involved, as I know that comes later. More of just something quick to see what it looks like, etc.

I really enjoyed the demo, it was very helpful to see how it works, especially compared to what we use now. As far as the proposal, it looks great. We likely won’t do the logo development/branding now. Possibly down the road.
At this point, we’re working through figuring out our bulletin contract with our current company. We need to sort that out before we can sign the overall contract with Diocesan. As soon as that’s set, I’ll reach back out to you so we can move forward to the website. I am eager to get started! In the meantime, if there’s anything you think would be helpful for me to get started on to make the transition smoother when we get there, please let me know.
