Services > My Services 
Click on first entry
Quick Shortcuts > Email Accounts
Click on cPanel Home
Email > Email Routing
Click on the blue NOTE link to the Zone Editor

(Email Routing is currently set to Local Mail Exchanger. Not sure if I need to change that.)
