Development Site Link & Training
Good morning Phil and Bonnie
We have reached the point in the development process in which we share the link to the development site with you. First, I wanted to go over the missing content from the website and then get into the training and development site.
Things We Need From You
We do still need some information from you, if possible. Otherwise, we can simply remove these item from the main menu and website.

Training
The first training typically takes ~2 hours and is done remotely via Diocesan's screenshare. At the beginning of our phone call, I will walk you through how to set up the remote access program.
During the training, we go over:
- How to edit the homepage content
- How to edit the footer
- How to edit the menu
- How to create/edit inner pages
- How to create/edit posts
- How to create/edit/use image galleries
- How to create/edit/use online forms
- Any other questions that you may have
If this seems like a lot, something we have done in the past is breaking the training down into two pieces:
- Editing the site basics (pages, posts, menu, homepage)
- Editing the additional site features & answering follow-up questions (forms, galleries, etc.)
This is completely up to your learning pace and how much you feel comfortable covering at once.

Something to keep in mind is that the site is not quite completed yet, with the largest thing being mobile responsiveness. That said, it is best to look at the development site on a desktop computer, rather than a laptop or smaller screen. Mobile development/responsiveness is something that the developer completes after the training so that he can update any changes along with the original development!
Other than that, if you see anything that alarms you (design or functionality), please let me know and we can address you concerns.

Thanks for the update and sharing the links to the site. It is looking good and I also see some things that we need to work on in terms of photos and revised copy. This provides a great framework for getting started on training and moving forward to get the site ready for production.
Veronica, could you provide a couple of times that might be open for training next week. Right now, Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon could work for me. Bonnie, I would prefer to take off work and be with you at SFDS for the training session. That way, we could review things afterwards if necessary. Would Tuesday or Wednesday work for you?

Hi Phil,
Since my week is looking pretty busy and my coworker, Mary, did the majority of your website's content, she will be doing your training. I have cc'd her on this message, so she will see any replies.
As of right now, Mary's calendar shows that she is available both Tuesday and Wednesday, anytime. Again, the training will typically take ~2 hours and will be done remotely.
Is there any time in particular that works better for you Phil, or you, Bonnie?

My intention was to come to the rectory for the meeting as I am taking off this afternoon for it. I am battling a cold though that is being pretty annoying right now and I think is might be best to work from home and call in sooner than bring the germs around you!. I will call you after the discussion with Diocesan if needed to discuss the next steps.
We should plan on using GoToMeeting for the call. Where did the gotomeeting number come from? There is usually a conference ID number associated with the phone number.
