Training + Content for New Website

Good Morning,

As Kevin and Sam may have mentioned, I will be moving your content, as well as facilitating the training.

Content
Yesterday I went through your current eCatholic site and saw that there are only 34 pages and several photo albums. With minimal content such as this, in addition to the expedited launch, I will be moving all your current content over.

Below are some of the things I need from you:

News feeds you want us to pull from
- Current News Feeds
  - National Catholic Register
  - Catholic News Service
Google Calendar ID (If using Google Calendar - highly suggested)
Your Social Media Account Links
Email you want to use for contact form

For now, this is all I need.

Training
I know that we are in somewhat of a crunch for time, so we should go ahead and set up a time for the training. I am available for trainings Monday-Friday, from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm (EST). Trainings typically take 1-2 hours, so just keep this in mind.

If you could pick two days/times that will work best for everyone, please let me know.

We do... but we just got the new registration link yesterday, so that will be www.stfrances.formed.org (http://www.stfrances.formed.org)
If they use that link, they won't need an access code.

Thank you for all the information.
For the training, Thursday, February 1 will work for me.

I am so embarrassed! I am an English major myself, so I am surprised I didn't catch this. Unfortunately, Basecamp (the service we use to send emails) does not have the option for a signature, so I always have to type it up on the first message I send to a client, then copy it from there for the rest of the email thread. Thank you for mentioning that before I sent it again!
