E-Catholic?
Hello! I reached out to Michael and also talked to Kevin about the project. It sounds like it was the next in the queue as Michael was assigned the project today, Unfortunately we wont have the site finished by the time your bill to E-Catholic is due (also what was the date for that again).
I will work with Kevin to try and figure out the best way to transfer content so you don't lose anything if the site goes down. Once Michael is back in I will let him know that it is a high priority project.
Sorry about that news but we will be working hard to get the project done as soon as possible.
Thanks for your patience,
Samuel Lanning

The bill is due February 13th for our current website. We were told our new website would be ready to launch in January.
Awesome good to know, I thought you said in January on the phone so February is good, Our developer Michael is very quick with his work so once he is back in Ill make sure that he gets going on the project right away.
Thanks for the Update,
Samuel Lanning

Sam,
I just spoke to our pastor. We aren't going to pay the $600.00 to the other company. Is there a way of having our main page launched by January 30th and the incomplete pages can say "under construction" while they are being worked on?

Most likely yes, Michael is not in again today but I will make sure he's starting your site when he gets back, I will talk to him about getting the homepage up and launched as soon as its possible.

We can't wait until tomorrow. Our pastor would like an answer today. He wants the general information launched on or before January 30th (mass times, location, etc.) and in NO WAY wants our site to go down. Since Michael has yet to begin work on our site, can you assign our site to someone else? Please understand that since we've terminated our contract with our current website provider, we are running out of patience.
I will talk to Kevin to see if any of out other developers have the opening for the project, I will get back with you shortly.
Thanks,
Samuel Lanning

Marilyn,
Hi. This is to quickly recap our conversation a moment ago.
Hi. This is to quickly recap our conversation a moment ago.
- We have already set up a temp site on our server and started migrating the content of your site.
- We will also set a training date for your staff here shortly for allowing you access to update content internally. This will facilitate finalizing the content as quickly as possible as well.
- With the design approved, we will get at least the home page and additional essential content live in the next couple of weeks (around the beginning of February).
- The current site is done Tuesday, Feb. 13th, so we are shooting for all content saved and moved to us by Friday, Feb. 9th. As much minimal design, content and functionality will be added by then too.
Sincerely,
-Kevin
