• ❏ As a Diocesan super admin, I want to assign an org group type to a group, which automatically configures the group with initial settings:
• ❏ As a Diocesan super admin, I want the ability to change the parent of any org group. This will mostly accommodate assigning a parish to a Diocese.
• ❏ As a database designer, I want a Diocesan super admin role that allows the creation, editing, and assignment of: roles, user records, user accounts, groups, sub-groups, group admins, the ability to reset a user account password.
• ❏ As a Diocesan Super user I want the trial to expire after 30 days, at which time the users associated with that account will no longer access the trial organization data
• ❏ As a Diocesan Super Admin I want to be notified when someone starts a trial
• ❏ As a Diocesan Super admin, I want to be able to extend the trial period for a trial user
• ❏ As a Diocesan Super admin, when a trial expires I want to purge the trial data from the database
• ❏ As a Diocesan super admin, I want a trial to have the certain restrictions/settings.
• ❏ As a Diocesan super admin, I want to be able to create trial diocese org groups for demo purposes and testing with dioceses. I do not want a diocese to be able to create a trial diocese account in the pre-sales module.
• ❏ As a Diocesan super admin, I want to be notified when a stored credit card expires or is declined for renewal.
• ❏ As a Diocesan super admin, I want to be able to temporarily suspend an organization.
• ❏ As a Diocesan super admin, I want the ability to mark an organization as different billing types.
• ❏ As a Diocesan super admin, I want the ability to enter any organization with full admin permissions.
• ❏ As a Diocesan super admin, I want a system in place that monitors the email/texting usage of all organizations.
• ❏ As a Diocesan super admin, I want to be able to monitor/restrict/edit text keywords for the organizations.
• ❏ As a Diocesan super admin, I want to be able to disable a diocese from sending messages to specific parishes groups/members.
• ❏ As a Diocesan super admin, I want to administer the DiscoverMass publishing channel for an organization.
• ❏ As a Diocesan super admin, I want to administer the Diocesan.com publishing channel for an organization.
• ❏ As a Diocesan super admin, I want to let Eva know that an organization has a myPairsh App instance.
• ❏ As a Diocesan super admin, I want a system in place that monitors the SMS usage of all organizations.
• ❏ As a Diocesan super admin, I want the ability to change the parent of any org group. This will mostly accommodate assigning a parish to a Diocese.
