Current & Proposed Sitemaps
Hello Everyone,
I have gone through Nathalie and Veronica's consultation notes and taken a look at your website in order to strategize your content. The links below go to the current and proposed sitemaps.
Feel free to edit the proposed sitemap as needed and let me know when you are done going through them. You can add, edit, remove and even comment on items in the sitemap. To comment, highlight the text, right-click and press "Comment". You can add comments and questions for particular items. We can see these comments and questions and reply as needed. When you let us know that you are done going through the sitemap, I will then give this sitemap to our designers so that they can use it for their design mockups.
Deacon John sent me a file yesterday that I used as the basis for the proposed sitemap. I made a few slight tweaks to it, which I have added comments to explain the changes. However, feel free to make changes to the document and the designer will do their best to work that change into the website!

Hello Everyone,
Danae told me that there were pages that you wanted to be migrated over, but you did not want the content to be moved. The best way for that to happen is to make a comment on the proposed sitemap for that particular page. To make a comment, highlight the particular item and right-click and select Comment or click the circular button on the right side of the document and just type the appropriate message like "Keep page, not content" or something similar.
As for making changes and edits to the current site, go ahead for now and make those, so that those can be brought over to the new site when I go through the content and start the migration process. However, I will send you an email when I begin the content migration process so that you will know that any edits (additions, removals, revisions, etc.) may not be reflected on the new site. That way you can begin working on content now while the site is being built.

I know that you are working on the new website for Espiritu Santo Catholic Church and I am not sure you are the person I should contact but we are having problems with the current website. Is there a tech support person we should be contacting? There is an error message every time we try to get on the site. If you can fix it or put me in contact with the person that can help us I would appreciate it. If you need to call me, I am working remotely from home and my cell is 727-424-4203.

Although Diocesan has your domain, we do not have your hosting yet. That will come when we launch your new site. However, doing some research, it looks like your site is hosted by eApps, which their website and subsequent support can be reached here or by calling them at +1 (770) 448 2100. They will have to take it and fix the problem there.
