Homepage Header Update

Good morning Terry,


You have let us know that you would like the homepage header to be transparent until a visitor begins to scroll.

Since this is a change from the original design, I have met with the developers and put together an estimated quote for you to approve.

The update is as follows:
  • transparent header until scroll on homepage only
  • all header colors are white until scroll 
  • no red bottom border until scroll
  • top purple bar stays as is
  • upon scroll, current header appears

The cost is as follows:
Estimated Hours: 2
Estimated Cost: $140
Standard Support Rate: $70/hour, prorated

NOTE: As of right now, you will still have an estimated $400-600 remaining web allowance after your website is launched. Your annual hosting cost will be $300 (charged upon launch). 
If you would like, please let us know and our billing department can deduct the cost of this item (estimated $140 or under) from your web allowance. 

If you approve of this cost, please click the "Yes" button below and we will add this item to our to-do list today. If approved after Tuesday at 10:00 am, the item will be completed on Thursday or Friday of the same week.
