I got your voicemail and am about to run into another meeting, but wanted to get the training dates squared away.
Training Dates
How does Tuesday, June 4, and Tuesday, June 11, work for training dates? You have two training sessions available for free before launching your website, so I figured we go ahead and space them out. This gives users a week to begin going through the site and then ask their in-depth, follow-up questions during the second training.
I am available on June 4 for the first training session from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm.
I am available on June 11 for the second training session at any time.

Also, Cody and the developer let me know that your site is ready to be seen!
Something to keep in mind is that the site is not quite completed yet, with the largest thing being mobile responsiveness. That said, it is best to look at the development site on a desktop computer, rather than a laptop or smaller screen. Mobile development/responsiveness is something that the developer completes after the training so that he can update any changes along with the original development.

We can do Tues. June 4, but some have issues with the second date.
Can you check on Thursday, June 13 for the second date
OR do you have time on Mon., or Weds. of the week June 10-14. (Weds. I would need to be finished by 2:00)

Is Thursday, June 6th available? That is not ideal, because it does not give the time in between as you recommended.
Three of the four people can be available on June 11 for the second date.
I found out that the fourth person is not available for any dates on the week of June 10. - so maybe we go with June 11 for second date and do a audio or video recording for the 4th person.

I have put y'all down for Tuesday, June 4, at 11:30 am. As for the second training session, here are the dates and time I am free for a training:
- Wednesday, June 12, at any time
- Thursday, June 13, any time after 1:00 pm
- Tuesday, June 18, at any time
That last date is after the launch, but since you have two free trainings, I can simply schedule it after the launch. So, if you are comfortable with it, we can do the first training June 4, launch June 14, and then the second training on June 18.
Also, if you did want to have more than the 2 training sessions, we do offer additional trainings at $50/hr.

I will continue my review this afternoon, but here are some things I noticed:
I know you said it is still in process, but these items are major design issues and these are functionality issues
I am just going to indicate these Changes (C1:) that are needed. And also indicate other Note (N1:) or Questions (Q1:)

On the new site, an example: all the quick links I have to use my back arrow to get to the site – can we resolve that? Also on the new site, I like the Bishop/Diocese page how this link works:

I have gone through your questions and concerns and responded below:
General Link Options
WordPress does have the option to make all links open in a new tab, so both you and Diocesan can make the change at any time. All of the quick links that go to separate sites open in new tabs. You mention 3 links that don't open in separate pages, but I did not see the three items you were referencing.
Main Drop Down Menu
Q1: Yes, Cody is still working on adding the page items to the menu. The menu should be complete by this afternoon.
Bottom Panel on All Pages (Footer)
C5: I have added a to-do for the developer to display the parish email below the street address.
C6: We have updated the office hours to 9 AM - 4 PM. During the training, we will show you how to change this for the future.
N3: The Google Map will not load until after you have launched. This is due to the fact that the Google Map is registered to the domain and right now you have a temporary ".diocesanweb.org" domain.

CHANGE NEEDED: Another thing I noticed on About page, the 6 calendar boxes the text is too bold. The font in the approved design is easier to read.

I see the links that you are referring to. For reasons unknown to me, WordPress did not include the option to have the button blocks open in a new tab, while regular text links CAN open in a new tab. However, there is a manual way to open the button block link in a new tab. We will go over this during the training.
Also, Cody will be fixing these links.
I have also added a to-do for the developer to correct the calendar font weight.

My internet is still down, another tech is coming Monday morning. If they don’t get it resolved I will work somewhere else on Monday to continue reviewing the site progress. I do have things to upload for content. I will try at Library to upload some today.
