To change your password, follow these instructions:
  • Go to Profile
  • Scroll down to Account Management
  • Click Generate Password
  • Erase the crazy password and type in your own
  • Scroll down and click Update User to save your changes.

Hard Refresh:
Also, some pages may look a little odd as our developer goes in and makes changes, so you may want to try a hard refresh if the page doesn't look how it is supposed to or doesn't act as it should. In these cases, a hard refresh may fix the issue. 

To do it on a PC (Windows machine), press and hold Ctrl key and then press the F5 and the page will reload and you can release the keys. 

To do it on a Mac, press and hold the Cmd key, Shift key, and then press R key. The page will reload.
