I received this from Google this mornging.

Just checking, Diocesan switched our domain name already and set up our email in a Google G-Suite.

I received this email this morning and wanted to confirm that this notice will not affect our Parish G-Suite or our Google calendar?

We already had our Google calendar created before you switched us to a G-Suite - so it is linked to a previously created gmail account - this will not be affected by this notice - will it?

This is a very rough idea of possible break out of the home page.

I know we will be discussing a number of things this afternoon - and I appreciate the knowledge you will lend to this process. I like the compact-idea of this home page, if it is possible to have scrolling in the boxes indicated. The size and exact type is open to your recommendations. The colors are a hint of the color scheme that we indicated in the document that we submitted previously to Kevin at Diocesan. Looking for your layout and design ideas as well.

Great talking with you yesterday for our initial design discussions.

Please keep Fr. Gilbert and I appraised of our timing for our website going live.

As you indicated if we can't be fully live by before our other web hosting company expires (June 15, 2019) - you may be able to have a basic website launch and then a total launch at a later date.

As a reminder our web domain has already been switched to Diocesan (worked with Veronica) when your company set up our new emails through a Google G-Suite.

I did indicate to Gary Smith, that I am working from Florida now and will be back in Ohio mid April. So timing for our training can happen after April 15. But with the possibility of not being fully launched by June 1 or June 15, I need to also let you know I need to have training before June 26, because of other commitments.

Do you happen to know the font used in the logo? The graphic designer who created this made the font a shape/image instead of an actual text layer.

But in layouts for text, I have used other serif and non-serif fonts to complement it.

Do you have the licenses to use Beaufort and/or Avenir? We currently don't have it on our computers and they both are fonts we would need to pay for. If you have the license for them, I'll be able to use them in the website design. Otherwise I will find similar serif and san serif fonts.
