Good Afternoon Donna & Fr. Shane,


I hope you have been doing well since you last spoke with Alan.

My name is Cody Armock and my role here in Diocesan's web department is as a content specialist. This means, that in addition to going over what areas of your current website are staying or going, I also help you find the most effective way to layout your website. I will be helping you in this process from now until the training before the launch of the site.

This not only helps us build you a website that is easier to edit and manage but also allows anyone visiting your website to accurately and consistently find the information for which they are looking.

Below is a link to a live Google document of your current sitemap and a suggested sitemap that you are able to edit directly. Please go through the proposed sitemap and make the appropriate edits to display what pages you'd like Diocesan to migrate, as well as removing the items that you do NOT want Diocesan to move, and making any changes you would like to make. The current sitemap shows what your website looks like now and the proposed sitemap shows a few changes of pages that we moved around.

Once you have completed editing the pages you'd like Diocesan to migrate, please let me know and we will begin making a suggested sitemap for the new site based on your current sitemap. The suggested sitemap is created to optimize the flow and look of your site. We will then send you the suggested sitemap to edit and change as needed and when finished, approve it.
