No problem! Do you have any idea of when you would like to reschedule the launch for the site?

Also, for Justin's picture, for the staff module, the picture that will show up is the featured image, nothing in that text box will show up. I have fixed it for you though. Here a screenshot with the featured image on the bottom right.

Let me know when you like to reschedule the launch for and if you have any other questions that come up!

Sounds good, I have the launch scheduled for next Monday, the 11th. 

Is your parish calendar through Google or something else? That will depend on how easy it is to integrate into the website.

Hello Donna,

Here are instructions for the setting up of the Calendar and then all we need is the calendar id to integrate it into the website after it is made public:


Make your Google Calendar public:

  1. In the Google Calendar interface, locate the "My calendars" area on the left.
  2. Hover over the calendar you need and click the downward arrow.
  3. A menu will appear. Click "Share this Calendar".
  4. Check "Make this calendar public".
  5. Make sure "Share only my free/busy information" is unchecked.
  6. Click "Save".

Obtain your Google Calendar's ID:

  1. In the Google Calendar interface, locate the "My calendars" area on the left.
  2. Hover over the calendar you need and click the downward arrow.
  3. A menu will appear. Click "Calendar settings".
  4. In the "Calendar Address" section of the screen, you will see your Calendar ID. It will look something like "abcd1234@group.calendar.google.com" or parish@stepncatholic.org.
We just need the calendar id and we can set that up!
