Website Proposal
Good morning Lisa,
Thank you for your patience as we worked to finalize your website proposal. During our Deep Dive conversation, we were able to go over a lot of great information.
I have attached a copy of the proposal for your new website. We will be using the https://go2cornerstone.com/ website as inspiration for your new website. The proposal is a full breakdown of the project. You are able to see each phase of the project, the time we determined it would take to complete each of the phases, as well as what the final cost would be. After speaking with Brian Bastic regarding the proposal, he wanted me to include information regarding a website allowance from the bulletin. With a new 6 year bulletin contract, there would be a 50% allowance toward the project. I have included this in the proposal as well.
The last section of the proposal is our website hosting information. We had briefly discussed this in our initial conversation, but this is where we keep your website. When we host your website we monitor how many people are viewing the website (bandwidth), maintain security, and install any updates that your website needs.
