1. Please make the social media icons a little bigger and could you please place the ones at the top above the search button. For the ones at the bottom could you please them above quick links?
2. For the quote can you try a white font and bold it please. Would like to see how this looks.

Hello Sam,

How are we looking as far as timeline and wanting to roll this out in September? Also, if we wanted to make any updates, corrections, changes on our own to the proofs, is this something we can do? Or do we need to go through you?

Lastly, could you please update the following:


1. Address should be 12807 NOT 12805
2. For the quote, could you please include who the quote is from? The quote is from St. Elizabeth Ann Seton.

Good Morning Sam,

Thank you so much for all your hard work. We have a few more updates/additions below:


1. For the Main Navigation we would like to make the following changes:

a. About Us

b. Liturgy

c. Sacraments

d. Faith Formation

e. Vocation Discernment

f. Service & Outreach

g. Parish Groups

2. For the Featured buttons:

a. Parish Registration

b. Mass Schedule

c. Prayer

d. News & Events

e. Bulletin

f. Calendar


3. For the sub navigation (Home|Mass Schedule|etc), please align this with the ‘Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton’ text. Remove the underline - when people access the sub nav, we would like the words to be highlighted.

4. For the home page, we would like the featured buttons to show on the main screen. Similar to the Diocese of Venice.

5. For the social media buttons, please move them below the sub-nav menu items underneath the search button. We would like it to be less dark (a little translucent) with the text ‘our app’ and ‘youtube’ next to each. Please reference, Cathedral Christ the King, Atlanta, GA. Also, could you move the social media at the bottom of the page and place them below the phone number. Please add an ‘email’ icon at the bottom as well.

1. In the Main Page, for the scrolling photos, we would like the to use dots instead of arrow keys. We would like the option to link a scrolling photo to a URL or page (please reference Diocese of Orlando). We also would like the option to add a video in lieu of pictures as well.

6. For all the Sub-Pages (like Contact Us), keep the photo; but we would like the option to edit any and all photos in the future. Please remove the map on the Contact US page. We would like to use a more directory type format on this page. Please reference our website – seas1.org for the directory; but we would like a better layout. Also, we would like the text ‘contact us’ only on the upper left corner of the photo. Please remove the orange tab.

7. For the Sacraments page, again, please remove the orange tab. Place the text (only) “sacraments” on the upper left hand corner of the photo. Love the text boxes. We will keep them but group them and add title headings.

Thanks for the information and recommendations. I did not include any photos. They were text boxes to display how we wanted to group the sacraments.

Not clear on the ‘titles’ for the pages. Are you talking about the main navigation and/or featured items?

The committee decided that they would like to keep the photo in each sub-page. For instance in the ‘Contact’ page, keep the photo and place the text “Contact” on the upper left hand corner of the photo. Please remove/delete the orange tab – use the text only.

The committee wanted to remove the (large) map on the contact page because users will have access to the (little) map on the bottom of the page.
