To edit these staff members, click on the Staff List icon and edit as needed.

Creating New Staff Member:

1. Click Add New
2. Add the title as the staff member's name.
3. Select the template.
4. Publish. 
5. Once published, the Staff Member Data section will re-populate with the correct fields. 
6. Complete the Staff Page tab.
7. Complete the Images tab (if any)
8. Update to save your changes.

If the image above is what you are thinking, it will be easier for us to simply change posts to all display with a "Image Header" rather than the text header. Then, the image in the background of the post will be the featured image that you set. This will work for native WordPress posts and Envira Gallery since they are already set up to function with their featured image. The reason we cannot use the category image for posts is because a single post can be put into multiple categories. So if a post were set to both SEAS Spotlight, Parish News AND service opportunity, then there would be issues in the website's logic of which one to use.

3. Which quicklinks are you talking about on the "main page"? Do you mean the quicklinks in the footer of every page? If so, the quicklinks are currently the same size as the contact information also within the header; What font are you wanting all of the footer text to match?
Additionally, the Quick Link line is not centered at all. It is left aligned. Are you trying to match it up to the line below the logo?

I've marked the sign up sheet as a no and added a to-do to add the same amount of space to both the top and bottom of the posts. I requested the bottom since that is what the Envria Gallery & App posts use. That way, there's more space below the photos to the right of the posts.

Homepage Slider Text
Incomplete w/ Solution Found
On mobile, the slider heading is 30 px (~24 pt) and the font is 16 px (12 pt). These are the same font sizes that Arlington Diocese is using. It may look different on your website since they are not the same font. Something to remember is that different fonts look different at the same sizes.

Restyling of Posts
Discussion & Quote Needed
We can most definitely restyle your single posts page so that there is a place for the post's single image (or featured image) on the left and the post's content on the right. Something to note is that on mobile, it would still stack with the image above and content below, but you would have a space between them. Otherwise the image would be tiny and the content would be 1-2 words in a skinny column. 
Something else to note is that since it is big change that may require several hours of work, we would want to have an in-depth discussion over the functionality and expectations before we get a quote and implement the changes. Let me know if you'd like to talk about this more.

4. Event Titles Underline
   We can add this, but something to remember is that the post title never displays more than 2 lines. So if the post title is longer than 2 lines, it will not show the line. Cutting off the titles and excerpts was done so that all posts title areas, post excerpt areas and Read More links would be at the exact same height. Since I believe you still may have some questions over this, I will hold of on adding this as a to-do.
5. Prayer Request Confirmation Message
   The confirmation that you are seeing is editable by editing the form and going to Settings > Confirmation. Then edit the confirmation. There, you should be able to change the font size.

Domain & Hosting Fees
I talked with our business manager and according to your contract (seen below) and your primary domain of setonlakeridge.org is included in your annual hosting fee. The 2 additional domains of seas.church and seton.church are $20 per year, each, billed annually. The seas1.org domain was not in the original quote, but we are going to waive the $20/year fee and grandfather it in so that it will also be included in the annual hosting fee.

   As I mentioned over the phone, there is currently no functionality within WordPress that allows for a notification. There is, however, a plugin that we found after talks earlier this week that allows for this. 
2. Reordering Posts | $35
   Another plugin that I mentioned in an email to Donna, then over the phone with you, allowed for the ability to click and drag to reorder posts rather than having to change the posted dates. 
   As I mentioned, if after 48 hours, you are not satisfied with the plugin and the plugin does not work for your needs, then you will not be charged the $35 and we will remove the plugin from your website.

   We would do both of the above changes. The time would be less than 2 hours ($100) since we would be able to make the changes at the same time and also check that the changes worked at the same time.

Hi Violet,

By default, confirmations are the "Text" type, which means that the form will disappear and the text will appear in its place. If you wish it to go to another page, then you will have to create the page and then set it to redirect.

As for the line to the left of the message, this is because you have the text in a quote, which indents the text and adds the line.

Pending Submissions Notifications
I have added and tested the plugin to send post status notifications. Right now, I have added the notifications for if there is a page or post that were switched from anything to "Pending Review".
Right now, it is just your email and the author of the post that will receive an email notification. If you'd like me to add anyone else, please let me know.

Reordering Posts
I just added and tested the plugin to reorder posts. It is set up so that under posts, there is now an option of "Re-Order."

This will display all of your posts (drafts included) in all categories. You may then click and drag to reorder your posts. Scroll to the bottom and click the blue "Update" button to save your changes.
As a reminder, you will have until 4:00 pm on Thursday to decide if you'd like to remove it and not be charged. Otherwise we will charge the $35 flat rate for the plugin.

Restyling Posts
The developer will be working on these items on Thursday and Friday, but I will send you a message when he is done so that you can check and go over it.

Advanced Post Types Order Plugin
As for the Advanced Post Types Order plugin, I have sent them an email asking if there is either a trial version or if it is possible to get a refund if the plugin does not work for our needs. I will wait to hear back from them and let you know what they say.

Since I know it may have been confusing, here is the cost options/breakdown of the re-ordering posts plugins that I was trying to explain over the phone:

Final Website Cost
In our phone call, you also brought up the final cost of the website. The price we quoted you in your signed contract was $5,250, which should be the total cost that we billed you for. The bill you received should display ALL hours that we worked on your project, but does not change the cost of your website. For example, there were 121 hours for build ($8,470), but this did not affect your final cost. 

As for the $70/hr vs $50/hr, alll design, development, and content migration hours worked on the project are at $70/hr, but training does not cost you at all unless we bill it separately as support.

This means that the 5.03 hours of training that you see were a part of your 4 hours of quoted, free training. We did not charge you extra, or at all, for any of the 5.03 hours of training you see there. In fact, the 1.03 hours of extra training were not even included in the $6,500 that we wrote off, as we did not even bother charging the 1.03 hours as extra support (billed at $50/hr).

I emailed the plugin creators and they let me know that there is not a trial period and they will only refund the cost of the plugin if there is an issue with the code. Please let me know how you would like to proceed.

They've already left for the day, but I did ask our business manager to look into the cost. It may be that the $300.50 difference comes from the hosting and domain costs. Those are not a part of the $5,250 cost of the website, but are annual, recurring fees that were mentioned in the contract.
