Congratulations, you are now launched!


I'm still not seeing the live site. Why is that?
The industry standard is to say these changes can take up to 24 hours to propagate.  However, it's been my experience that you can usually see these changes within 2 hours.  You will know it was successful when visiting http://setonlakeridge.org/ brings up the site seen here: http://setonlakeridge.diocesanweb.org.

Something else to keep in mind is that your parish's internet/server may need to be reset or may have the IP address of your previous host manually set up. If it is the latter, you will have to talk to your IT person, as this is not something Diocesan can help with.

New Login Page
You will now go to setonlakeridge.org/lakeridge to log in, but your login credentials are still the same.

Statistics
Since your website is now live, we have also added the ability to track your website's statistics.
Feel free to view the statistics by clicking Statistics in your dashboard menu. This will give you access to see what devices are being used, how people are finding your website and your top pages/link.


Support Moving Forward
As you may have noticed, on your WordPress Dashboard, there is a Diocesan Web Support box with links to help articles that we have written especially for our websites, complete with step-by-step instructions and images. This should help with most of the questions that you may have. 
You do also have another 2 weeks from your launch date to call and ask us any questions for free.
After those 2 weeks, the paid support will go into effect. Paid support is $50/hr (prorated) and is billed monthly to the parish with each support items (date, amount of time, notes) itemized out.

Again, I just wanted to apologize for the emails disconnecting. With the 3 different domains redirecting to setonlakeridge.org, some things were lost in translation. 

We've since resolved the issue and should be good to go.

Unfortunately, there is not a way to receive emails that were not received. When I worked at a parish, we had a similar thing happen to us and we sent out a message that let people know that our email had been down for 2 days. Granted, yours wasn't quite 2 days, but you may want to consider sending out an App message or having people send out emails to the people they were in correspondence with. 

We have our server employee getting in contact with Infinity to help set up the DKM records.

We no longer have any paid services from iPower but we do still have an account (with no activity). I know you took control of the domain and hosting.

That's why I was puzzled by the password reset request. I did not request a password reset and wondered who else may have done so.
