Good morning,
With the continued tweaks and updates we have gone past the estimated design time by 5 hours which puts us at $350 over. Any more updates or tweaks will continue to lengthen the timeframe and the cost.
If you wish to add the second image on the left-hand side of the home page, it will add an additional 5 hours of development time which equals $350 dollars for the second image alone.

Thank you so much for letting us know that we are 5hours over the initial design estimate and that the addition of a 2nd image would take approximately an additional 5 hours.
In the future, if you could let us know when we reach the proposed design time BEFORE we go over, that would be helpful. We don’t know have a good feel for how long it takes to design the requests and would appreciate the heads up before work is executed.
Also, I am not sure if you are aware that in an email I received from Gary Smith (in response to my email after our first initial design meeting), he said:
As far as billing goes, no we will not bill you for the changes Danae needed to perform on Thursday to bring her design into alignment with what you had created earlier.
Could you please send us an itemized status of design-hours at this point in time; other than a tweak or two, I believe Danae is ready to hand-off to Cody for coding?

Normally, we send out a weekly update on how the project is progressing on time limits, and I apologize - I should have sent an email sooner.
Whenever you are ready with the finalized proof, please approve so we can proceed with the content and build!
